About mothers

We would like people who are elderly and people with disabilities to lead normal lives. Our desire is the reason why we established a group home in the downtown area when we started the business. Taking elderly people and people with disabilities to facilities located in secluded, deep mountain areas, locking them up in a room and monitoring them—such treatment would lock up anyone’s desire to live a normal life. For the past 20 years since the foundation of the company, we have accepted everyone at our facilities because we have not given up but continue to believe in the potential of elderly people and people with disabilities.

Instead, we take one step further by intervening to connect people to people and people to the community. By dissolving the boundaries between the people who use the facilities and services of the mothers Group and the people living in the community, we help them interact with each other through which casual conversations and new experiences will be created. Through the initiation of such opportunities, we have seen many times the moments when people encounter what they really want to do, as well as when they release their suppressed emotions.

Do what they have not been able to until now. Do what they want to do right now. We have realized that following one’s heart and remaining true to oneself will create a life that is beautiful. Be curious and engaging, as well as warmhearted and kind. Keep positive and smiling. We will continue to accept everyone and look after the people and the community like a mother as we have done until now. People with and without disabilities, people who are elderly and young, and all of us will live together. We would like to connect people to people and people to nature by embodying the company’s philosophy of “Just be yourself, and enjoy your life.” That is the desire of the mothers Group.

Message from the Representative

Everyone is part of some minority. We respect such minority factors and disabilities as part of the individual personalities and become engaged in those through which we have seen the moments when an isolated person becomes connected all of sudden as if a door had opened. We must be able to explore a more wonderful future where we can involve the area and the society further.

From now on, the mothers Group, by breaking the existing concept of nursing care, will be reborn as a social design company, which will develop an area and society where everyone can live comfortably.

Regional Design Everyone Can Shine in the South Chita Area Brilliant Social Design

Smart City Project in Nagoya City

We participate in the smart city project to give form to future lifestyles, health, education, and welfare through the use of the athletes’ village site after the Asian Games, which will be held in Nagoya City. There will be access to residences, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, facilities for people with disabilities and the elderly, and farmland where men and women of all ages will live together, while relying on others and being relied on. We will take on the challenge of achieving another ideal regional design to mothers Inc. to pursue cutting-edge technology and happiness.

Lamb-chan Park at Yunose, Sakakibara Onsen

Based on the entrustment by Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, we operate the Yunose hot bath facility. In addition to a place where visitors can fully enjoy a well-known hot spring with hot water that makes beautiful skin (Bijin-no-yu), we offer lodging, camping, and a restaurant with the concept of fresh lamb meat and local vegetables. We will work on new regional revitalization by reconstructing a hot spa resort in cooperation with the local government and local people.
